Co-Owner Tom Waite loves to come to the Lodge every chance he gets. His primary home is in Scottsdale, Arizona, and his children are Sarah (18), Kelsey (16) and Max (7). His favorite thing about Hannagan Meadow is talking to the wide variety of people from all over the country that come visiting. Tom also owns a broadband communication company in the metro Phoenix area. |
| Co-Owner Tessa Waite also lives in Scottsdale, Arizona and shares custody of Sarah, Kelsey and Max. She is the volunteer historian for Hannagan Meadow Lodge, and handles all publicity and media requests for the property. She is currently a student at University of Phoenix, working on a B.A. in Business/Marketing, and also handles public relations for the Elisabeth Kubler-Ross Foundation, an organization that supports dying patients and the family members that care for them. |

Co-Owners Larry and Traci Innes have been married for 12 years and have two children: Holly, age 7 and Hayden, age 5. Larry has a pension consulting practice with over 60 cities and municipalities throughout Arizona. Traci works as a Labor & Delivery R.N. at Desert Samaritan Hospital. Larry grew up in the Gila Valley in Thatcher, Arizona, and has been visiting Hannagan Meadow Lodge for most of his life. He loves Hannagan Meadow for its simplicity and back-to-nature feel, and for the unique history of the property. The Inneses visit the Lodge often and particularly enjoy relaxing on the front porch while the kids chase the baby horny toads. |

Innkeepers Craig and Diane Service have been with Hannagan Meadow Lodge since early 2001. They both grew up in Utah, but had a home in Tempe, Arizona from 1985 to 2004. Besides being all-around manager of the property, Craig has worked in construction for almost 30 years and brings his expertise as "Mr. Fix-it" to the Lodge. Being multi-talented, he is also the dinner chef in the Hannagan Meadow Lodge restaurant, and occasionally entertains guests with a lively rendition of one of the poems written by his famous great-uncle, Robert Service. Diane just retired from nursing after 30 years and absolutely LOVES being "semi-retired" with her husband in the mountains at Hannagan Meadow. They have one daughter, Holly; four sons, Steve, Ian, Tres and Tyler; five cute grandsons and one brand new granddaughter. Their favorite thing about Hannagan Meadow is the peace and quiet. |
Jason Edelblute: He has worked for the Lodge since August, 2003 as an all around handyman and cook. He was born and raised in Eagar, AZ. He loves the outdoors and is a real asset to the Lodge & guests. He likes to explore, hike, camp, and backpack in the Blue Wilderness area. |
Nikki Phillips: joined us at the lodge in the fall of 2003, working part time as a waitress on weekends. She started full time in March to help out with housekeeping. She was born in Tucson and came to the White Mountains about 6 years ago. She likes music, hiking and enjoys people. |

Feline Hanna has been the Hannagan Meadow Lodge resident mouse-hunting specialist as long as we can remember. She is likely to entertain guests by pouncing on crickets in the fields and running up 40-foot trees in two seconds flat. Her favorite thing about Hannagan Meadow is giving guests a silent guided tour as she follows them around the property. |
| Webmaster Stephen Service is the son of Innkeepers Craig and Diane Service. He lives in Sandy, Utah with his wife, Sage, and their four boys, Avery, Ethan, and twins Isaac and Owen. Steve's expertise is "anything computers". He has been developing websites since 1996 (which is a long time in Internet Years) and has designed, or helped design, several high-traffic sites. The Hannagan Meadow Lodge website design is one of his favorites. You can read Steve's blog here. |
